Summary: Twenty-five years sworn uniform member with the District of Columbia Fire and EMS Department from 1982 until retirement in 2007. Of those twenty-five years, ten years were served in fire suppression until promoted to the rank of Fire Inspector in 1992. I was then assigned to the Fire Prevention Division until retirement. In 2003-2007, I served as a Fire Arson Investigator.
