COVER LETTER: Dear Hiring Manager: It is with great interest that I am submitting with you this letter of interest. I have prided myself with becoming a leader in the roles I have filled in prior positions and I am certain that I'd be a great fit. My experience ranges in many areas of expertise since graduating from high school, but one common key to it all has been my drive for helping my community and ability to create proficiency in my skill. For example, in my most recent position, my team was faced with a monthly production goal that not only was mentioned from my peers to be "impossible, " but also a production number that had not been reached once in the last six months. I joined in with my team lead to not only commit to the goal 100% but to also push my peers to executing at their top levels as well. I would always have a positive attitude, listen to others and help out with other areas that lacked or fell behind. After two straight weeks of giving it my all, spreading positivity and creating a fun environment, the team started to produce at all-time high levels. By months end, not only did we reach our goal, but I was personally acknowledged by my team lead for my hard work and dedication. These are the type of examples that I pride myself in and give me motivation to be the best. Last but not least, my passion for success never allows me to feel discouraged or displaced from where I want to be, and that is with an established company that has just as high of drive as myself for growing and becoming or maintaining a title of an industry leader.
