2250 Black Canyon Road, Colorado Springs 2017 -Oversee security procedures, monitoring, and responding to incidents, screen visitors and guests, secure entrances and exits to the community, and conduct security checks. -Access control -Surveillance -Keep records of visitors -Protect High Secured Areas -Greet and Sign in Guests, verify credentials and remove and deny unauthorized visitors - 2250 Black Canyon Road, Colorado Springs 2017 -Oversee security procedures, monitoring, and responding to incidents, screen visitors and guests, secure entrances and exits to the community, and conduct security checks. -Access control -Surveillance -Keep records of visitors -Protect High Secured Areas -Greet and Sign in Guests, verify credentials and remove and deny unauthorized visitors Maintain Locks and security checkpoints and keep track of residential access keys (Approx. 150 keys and over 200 homes in our community) -Conduct incident reports and daily log responsibilities to include resident package control -Assist Emergency Personnel (Colorado Springs Police Fire Rescue and Emergency) with issues within and at times outside the community -Conduct daily shift residential patrols
