The services are targeted towards south Asian communities across the US, Canada and Caribbean geographies. Current Responsibilities: * Responsible for customer acquisition and retention for US, Canada and Caribbean markets. * Serve as the ambassador for the end user experience (UX). Collaborate and guide cross-functional teams to develop features that improve user experience (UX). Also support content and marketing teams. * Define and establish product vision, goals, supporting business matrix and success indicators such as acquisitions through media platforms, repeat purchase, product engagement on various distribution platforms and engagement through content type, genre and titles. Continuous monitoring and correlating impact of bugs and customer grievances to usage. * Develop product roadmap and feature launches. Facilitate communication across all project phases. Responsible for coordination with senior management for their guidance and buy-in. * Establish process through channelizing product requirement documentations, product change requests, weekly, monthly and annual marketing and content publish calendars. Manage communication to design, development, content and marketing teams instituting functional silos, reducing communication gaps and standardizing process timelines. * Commission research and surveys to get market insights, establish key success indicators for every market and ensure incorporation of these into the product. * Define parameters, suggest pricing and packaging for every market, taking into account competitive models for pricing, packaging, ROI and customer feedback.
