During my 28 years in retail 26 of these years have been in upper management roles including most recent 5 years as a multi - unit manager. * I am a certified District Manager Trainer that is responsible for training developing and mentoring new District Managers. Responsible for the overall operations of 20 stores totaling over $35 million in annual sales. Sourcing hiring and developing team members and building bench strength. * Flawless execution on store operations. Computer software knowledge of Microsoft Windows Excel Power Point Photoshop and Kronos. ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Outpaced the district in sales as a store manager and merchandise manager. * Reduced shrink at the store and district level by an average of 60 basis points. * Increase sales on average of 7% in comp sales. * Maintained low turnover at the store manager level. * Made sales and profit plans year after year in my area of responsibility. * Developed 2 store managers to become District Managers. * Developed 20+ assistant managers to become store managers.
