I have held key positions in four newly built mills and one rebuilt mill. I have found innovative ways in improving production and occurring less downtime. Extensive knowledge and experience in the board manufacturing field Strong technical skills with proficiency in computer software and hardware I have been trained to use MP2 mill management software. I have recently completed a training course on SAP and we use it daily now to track our spending and inventories. I have designed computer HMI's on both OSB and MDF production lines. I also helped design a simulator of the HMI's and then trained the operators and supervisors how to operate the mill before the lines were brought into production. I have built databases for OSB and MDF production lines using Microsoft SQL. I also established which tags to go into the database to obtain the maximum amount of useful data.( the MDF line was tracking 4000+ tags of realtime data) I also used SQLtrend to set up a interface for each of the managers. They could use this interface to track how their respective departments were running with realtime information as well as historical data. While working with Eufaula Wood Pellets I had the opportunity to work on the development of a wood pellet torrefacation process. I have proficient skills in small networking as well as wireless networking.
