PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY I started my career as the son of a restaurant owner. I pursed other interests until my purchasing of one of the family restaurants with my brother when coming home from a college summer break. After working the family restaurant with my brother for 10 years I purchased a local blue plate special 24 hour diner. That was my first experience with an expanded menu and full kitchen offering fresh made to order entrees.
