Summary I have spent the majority of my adult life in public service. Working for K.D.O.T. has given me many opportunities to learn and observe many different highway maintenance techniques. I started at entry level and worked my way up to supervisor. In a supervisory position I had accrued many more college credits and would guess over 17 years of continued education credits required by my position would probably be the equivalent of an associates degree with emphasis on business and employee relationship, training and development of employee skills and communication as to help co workers achieve their goals.
