PROFESSIONAL EXPERIECE HIGHLIGHTS 2005 - May 2016 United States Department of Defense: Education Activity Lead Transportation Operation Specialist * Manage an office of 120 buses, 120 drivers, over 3,000 students, and 100 security attendants. * Supervise and provide customer service for 11 schools, and 3,000 families. * Provides technical guidance to a Transportation Assistant. * Oversees the day-to-day operations for designated schools. * Monitors workload and resolves problems in accordance with priorities and standards. * Serves as Contracting Officer's Representative Alternate (COR) and Senior Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE). * Participates and leads in Case Study committee (CSC) meetings to advise on appropriate transportation for special education students. * Serves as liaison between parents, schools, administrators, and contractor personnel.
