Qualifications I am currently the maintenance mechanic (specialist) I have held this position for 4 years . My duties are to supervise all Repair & Maintenance as well as scheduling hourly shifts, purchases, assigning repair responsibilities, Capital improvement projects, Safety training, and production. For the last 4 years I manage the night shift production. There are 30 people relying on me for there safety, . I am responsible for all aspects of production with millions of dollars at stake. My ability to formulate and follow an equipment maintenance schedule. Management of an eight person mechanical crew. Understanding of preventative maintenance. Ability to remain within or under budgets. Fore sight to needed changes for future growth and changes in economic standing. Years of experience in maintenance and repair. Associate of science degree in mechanized agriculture.
