Summary I started rigging at the age of 18-22 in the oil field demoing oil platforms, and running pipe line in the gulf of mexico. From their i went into building gas refineries hanging iron and rigging on projects like air product units, huntsman rebuild, and LNG sabine sites. helped build phase 1,2,3 at sabine pass, and hung all the iron with akersolutions in hackberry la on tank 1,2,3. I have worked for tuner ind, and peformance con for years at citgi, conoco, westlake prtro, ppg, velero, motiva, basf, lousiana pigmant for just a few. we would do jobs such as floating 60inch header pipeing 100+ft long out of 200ft+ structures with 4100 cranes or 2250 to other cranes according to weight capicty, to useing the versa lift 3800 at velero st charles for removeing the coke towers and cut deck, a 1.2million, and 900thousand pound lift with a 800thousand spreader bar configuration. I can build lattice boom cranes, swing jibs on squirt booms, lace blocks, build crawlers from ground up. These practices was a everyday job for me.. i havent had to put a iron belt on in 8years, i have been rigging off my nccer and sharpining my skills cause i love rigging and my job. this is just a brief description of the things i can do.. Accomplishments When i go on a job i try to the best of my ability to be safe no matter what the job scope is and no matter the condition. My main concern is for my co workers and my self to go back to oure familys in one peice, all oure toes fingers and limbs. To do that we must all look over oure job or jobs very well identify all hazords, scope and plan the job so where no one will get even a pinched finger.. Some people say that isnt possible but im here to tell that it is cause i have been dooing it for a very long time, and it has always worked out for me and my co workers. When i look at a job i look at it a bit diffrent than others, i look at it like we can do this job whith out so much as a scratch if we plan it very very well stick to the plan and get everyone on board with the plan. Bad communication get people hurt seen it time and time again. My greatest accomplishment has been that i have never got anyone hurt doing what i do and have always got the job done! Experience turnre ind January 2006 to June 2016 rigger sulpher, la Off and on i been with turner ind for years.. we have done everything to building new structures for piping heaters, and frag units, to demo, to pulling and setting valves that weigh 200 pounds to 50, ooo+pounds.. we would pull exchainger bundles out of structures 300+ft high with snatch blocks and air tuggers every other week to be cleaned and inspected. we set vessels for nitrogen and catalyst to gasses and hydrogen. . we built heaters from ground up then built the piping structures and filled them with pipe.
