Qualifications * 23 years of dedicated and loyal service to CEMEX and it's previously acquired companies all of which were completed with a flawless safety record consisting of not one accident or injury - leading the way in safe and productive standards * Insight and understanding of concrete mix designs / admixtures and other products involved in ready-mix production / mine safety / DOT commercial driver regulations / MSHA & OSHA occupational standards / Scorpion batch system / batch plant / cone crushing / wash plant and pit mining operations and safety procedures * Business Management Course Completion and experience in contract negotiations * Four plus years in aggregate operations with all plants, holding high standards of safety and production standards * ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1 * Versed in all areas of ready-mix batch plants, ready-mix truck maintenance, aggregates, dispatch * Great rapport with customers and experience with job-site servicing * Valid Class A CDL with superior driving record * Knowledge of Microsoft Software, AS400, SAP, Command, Scorpion, ready mix scheduling and ordering /delivery * Five-year driver trainer, developed Pinch Point Awareness and highly involved in Safety Committee
