Summary of Qualifications I am in Restaurant management currently and have been for the past seven teen years. I have been an employee of corporate businesses as well as franchised. I have self motivation and believe it is important to lead by example. I flourish in an environment that has structure as well as always changing. I manage and train others in a positive manner. I'm certified in serve safe and have taken management classes. I remained with SMI for almost 2 years. I can honestly say I love working in the food industry. I feel my ability to speak with anyone on any level and the fact that I believe in what I do will help me to move forward with any company that gives me an opportunity to prove my worth and dedication. My current position as an RGM is very rewarding however I am interested in participating in a company with opportunities and goals in making their brand the best and moving forward.
