Experienced with developing research and analysis plan, including but not limited to experimental design, data collection techniques, design of efficient computational algorithms for analysis and set up timelines * Interaction with multiple disciplines, such as finance, economics, computer science and networking, allowing the pursuit of optimal solutions in a balance of efficiency, effectiveness, and computational complexity * Ability to explain complicated statistical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to non-statistical audience * A high level of mathematical rigorousity and accuracy, punctuality and attention to details
