managed support for 70 aircraft launch/recoveries per day accounting for 40,000 hours annually. Managed TH-67 A+ OH-58 A/C fleet scheduled / unscheduled maintenance operations for approximately 140 aircraft 150 maintenance personnel including 7 supervisors and 14 maintenance leads. managed compliance with FAR part 145 part 91 repair station and DOD regulations. Created and implemented the Isochronal inspection flow and tracking program use by New York State Air National Guard to comply with all Federal Aviation Administration Department of Defense and Manufacturer compliance requirements of their 13 assigned Lockheed C5A heavy lift aircraft. Managed the startup of Telford Aviation component repair shop from assigning shop personnel processing work orders inspecting in progress work assignments to issuing the certificate of airworthiness. The shop included a structural branch Nondestructive inspection branch and a paint and composite branch. Responsible for routine maintenance Plan, schedule, and manage daily product runs.
