QUALIFICATIONS 40 years experience in the set-up, operation and maintenance of typical machine shop equipment. Manual mills, lathes, surface and tool grinders, band saw, drill press, hand tools. Research, development and fabrication of prototypes, jigs and fixtures and the utilization of computer aided design software for CNC programming and edit. Ability to read and work to complex blueprints and sketches with precision. Able to perform inspection, assembly, functional testing and documentation, order materials and tools, heat treatment, electro polish, buffing and bead blast finishing. Other machinery used: Republic/Lagun CNC mill and Hyundai CNC lathe both with Siemens control, Okuma CNC mill and lathe, ACRA CNC tool room lathe, Tormach 1100 and Bridgeport EZ Trak mill, Brother wire EDM, Mitsubishi wire and sinker EDM, Haas CNC mill and lathe, Fadal CNC mill, Femco CNC lathe, Citizen screw machine, Rofin and Unitek Miyachi laser welders, Rofin laser etcher, Hobart TIG and Weldlogic rotary TIG welder.
