The first TubaChristmas event was held in 1974 on "The Rink at Rockefeller Center" and still going strong. When I was hired to HPF-INC in 1999 TubaChristmas concerts were presented in just over 100 city's. Now in its 42nd year, TubaChristmas has over 290 concerts and continues to grow. These noble events/concerts may be in the smallest of towns to the Kennedy Center Stage - D.C., Disney World-Orlando, FL the largest event to date with over 750 Tuba/Euphonium players, Thanksgiving Square-
