To obtain a full-time position in customer service, collections, call centers, telemarketing and sales or related fields that provides challenge, increasing responsibility, and opportunity for growth an advancement for my employer and myself. Ability Summary Have experience in customer service, collections, call centers, telemarketing and sales. Can type, file, and answer multi-line phone system, accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, PC with or without mouse. Knowledge of email, texting, Internet, Outlook, Windows and other word processing, 10-key, fax and copy. Leadership qualities including but not limited to excellent organizational, communication, analytical, interpersonal skills and team development. Awesome team player and self-motivator who works well under pressure and with others. Ability to problem solve, skip trace, multi-task, complete deadlines, projects and quotas in a timely manner. Also knowledge of health care providers, facilities, insurance, workers compensation, attorney claims, Medicare, Medicaid, FDCPA and HIPAA.
