GENERAL BACKGOUND I started out in the residential markets renting and selling homes but began to gravitate towards the investment side and in short time began selling investment real estate and shift towards commercial markets. I then took a position managing a portfolio of +/- 500K Sq. Ft. of residential and commercial assets . Over 6 years I was promoted up until I was responsible for all operations, sales, leasing, disposition preparation and new acquisitions assessments I have managed assets including residential, mixed use, office, small box and retail space and have proudly maintained extraordinarily low vacancy rates and consistent expense reduction by use of a never ending cost reduction program and tireless monitoring by myself and a likeminded staff.
