Vast knowledge in blending/mixing, fluid bed technology, high shear granulating, tablet coating, tablet compressing, and packaging. * Skill in supervising and training machine operators, including maintenance personnel, and preparing standard operating procedures that meet FDA, OHSA and company standards. Prepare job descriptions, procedures, and quality assurance programs. * Adept at quality control and assurance, testing new products and controlling daily production and quality of baking, beverages, and beverage flavorings and pharmaceuticals using modern high speed machinery. Extensive packaging knowledge and experience in production of and process of dry powders and granulation, including pharmaceuticals. Calibrate instruments and machinery. * Proficient at receiving, testing, and releasing incoming ingredients using R&C numbers, reviewing certificates of analysis, and processing laboratory release of finished materials. * Excellent interpersonal skills to foster and fortify partnerships with executive stakeholders and clients. * Strong troubleshooting and repairing equipment abilities, honed on maintaining production machinery and calibrating instruments. Actively involved on engineering projects for machinery placement, commissioning, and complete projects and improvements.
