Qualifications: * Twenty-eight years of diverse Commercial fishing experience in the Bering Sea * Goal orientated to complete fishing plans, and projects in a deadline or competitive based environment * Up to date with current changes, rules and regulations with in the industry * Keen ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems on multi-operating systems * Proficient with Windows and Macintosh platforms * Navigational programs include MAXSEA, NOBELTEC, and ECC GLOBE * Excellent in communication skills, while the ability to prioritize and lead others * Dedicated in developing a highly motivated work environment through knowledge, experience, and a strong perseverance. Adding overall proficiency and success to the bottom line
