Highlights:

I hav been requested to be the primary scrub perosn for many of the total joint surgeons who operate where I am employed, I do alot of teaching for new hires and new grads.

I am part of a team of 4 who cover the staffing for the weekends. We are entirely responsible for the operating room and sceduling and doing any surgeries that may come about. We work 7 days and off 7 days, we have become a very close group and rely on oneanother to make this work.
