Summary: Sole and lead technologist completing such tasks as constructing, maintaining the help desk and client support. Lead web design/development project plan and implementation creating a projected savings of about 24,000 per year. Develop and manage vendor relations, project management and implementations. Research, design, plan and execute telecom solutions in which had projected savings of about 16,000 per year. Research vendors and third party software, plan and execute disaster recovery plan creating on site and off site backup plan and procedure. Research and implement remote support. Assist, manage, maintain, design and develop all areas and aspects of technology. Technology Support Management: * Coordinate with existing third party vendor to gain access to all assets and servers * Coordinate technical documentation overview of existing network * Review and assess all IT related invoicing of software and hardware * Recommend third party Information Technology vendors to assist with the needs of the firm per research and review * Execute transition from existing third party IT * Design, review and implement third party service and protection plans * Review and approval all assistance with vendor Website Administration/Management: * Manage conversion from J2EE platform to HTML platform * Develop and manage vendor communication. Ensure migration and backup of previous site Backup and store components of site post conversion * Ensure administration, SEO, design follows branding guidelines. Coordinate, maintain and enforce UI/UX * Troubleshoot and resolve reported inconsistencies as well as find and resolve any/all issues related to the development and/or design * Research, recommend vendors for website domain, server and service Network Infrastructure: * Work with colleague in compiling donation aspects from vendor to obtain all necessary attributes for firm infrastructure. * Research vendors for utilization in network infrastructure upgrade and Cisco components install. Recommend best researched vendors. * Configure project timeline and update according to project installation * Manage vendors to complete proposed projects * Complete, update technical documentation Help Desk Responsibilities/support includes, but is not limited to: * Design, plan and implement Backup Policy and procedures * Resolving all system performance. Troubleshoot, Evaluate and reconfigure all aspects of current network. Maintain all client to help desk communications * Provide documentation support as it relates to the maintenance of systems and services * Resolve Data and architecture issues at tier level 1, 2 and 3. Provide all levels of support for all associates in local site as well as related national sites. * Server Management, Maintenance and Administration. Active Directory support and maintenance. Configure the O/U, Exchange, BES, any and all other peripherals needed by end user * Manage third party IT team for patches, security applications, system updates and upgrades * Perform capacity planning and performance tuning * Wireless device support and wireless network support * Microsoft Office support 2003, XP, 2007. Microsoft OS support XP, Vista, 7 * Telecommunication support Cisco, Polycom systems * Prepare, initialize and complete new user training for all new employees entering the company Project management * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. * Anticipate, assess and implement technological changes and communicate the business impact within the Firm. * Manage third party vendors with deployment of all network upgrades and changes in accordance with technology needs as assessed. * Plan, design and manage third party vendors and all communications with conversion of web infrastructure from J2EE to HTML from concept to completion.
