Objective: Contribute to meaningful advancement in the study of cancer/ immunology/ health care or clinical research by leveraging my extensive lab and research experience and partnering with researchers and scientists at key research institutes/biotech firms /bio-pharmaceuticals. SUMMARY: * 5+ years of extensive lab and research experience in molecular biology/cell based assays. * 5+ years of expertise in tissue culture in adherent and suspension primary/derived cell lines including breast, lung, ovarian, colon, AML, hESC and patient blood samples. * 1+ years of experience in oligonucleotide synthesis, purification and quantitation. * Familiar with antibody production and purification from hybridomas, different stages of hybridoma generation and mechanism of antigen-antibody interactions. * Discovered biomarkers in breast cancer as therapeutic targets for small molecule inhibitors and their mechanisms of resistance and toxicities in pre-clinical mice models.
