AREAS OF EXPERTISE Apple Engineering * Led and supervised the Apple Engineering Team within a JAMF Casper Management Suite environment evaluated systems for equipment failure or performance errors ensuring optimum levels of application functionality. * Evaluated, updated and maintained policies, configured profiles, created smart groups and developed packages for 1,700 Macs. * Managed and supported enterprise solutions including Acronis Access Connect hosted on Windows 2008 and 2012 servers and the Extensis Universal Type Server Font Application. * Reviewed annual maintenance contracts to verify licensing and negotiate cost-effective pricing structures with vendors. * Provided 3rd level support to 1st and 2nd level support technicians.
