Summary I am a highly motivated and energetic scientist aiming discovery and innovation. I have 20 years of hands-on experience and extensive sets of techniques and skills in several different fields including cell biology, biochemistry, enzymology, molecular biology, animal model generation and testing, animal surgery, medicinal chemistry, natural products, and etc. For the past 7 years, I have been directing and managing a research laboratory composed of post-doctoral fellows, technicians and graduate students. I oversee and participate in all aspects of research activities in the laboratory including hypothesis generation, project development, experiment design and execution, data analyze, and manuscript and grant writing.
