Lead projects from initiation, planning, design, and execution to publication * Daily responsibility in optimizing conditions, developing protocols and training graduate students * Strong R programming skill, familiar with statistical inference and regression modeling * Familiar with bowtie2, tophat, cufflink, samtools and rMats for next generation sequencing analysis * Capable of generating literate programming using R Markdown and Knitr * Familiar with GMP/GLP/GCP, ICH Q7/Q9 and codes of FDA regulations * Good oral and written communication skills, work well in a collaborative fast-paced team environment, willing to try new methods/tools/techniques, internally motivated to exceed expectations
