Acquired & developed over 25,000 residential lots, including associated office/commercial. * Master Planned community development including construction of seven golf courses. Acquired and managed all projects within strict budget and schedule requirements. Personally responsible for all land acquisitions and sales including contract structure etc. Personally managed employees engineers and contractors in all phases of land development. Responsible for a $20,000,000 plus (average) annual budget for 25 years with a national builder. * Obtained bank and "other" financing from start to finish for various real estate projects. * Significant experience in lawsuit management and avoidance with environmental law experience. * Personally interacted with all levels of government local County "District " State and Federal. * Managed project zonings and land use changes including DRI conversions to new law. Involved in USHome's creation and management of multiple CDDs in the Tampa Bay Area. * Created and personally made presentations to USHome Board of Directors for land acquisition.
