Profile * * Sound knowledge of commercial/residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications and safety. * Ability to run effectively and proficiently a small crew of 10-20 employees. * Certified Aerial Work Platform Operator License # A92.5& A92.6 for scissor-lifts, off-terrain lifts, and extended boom lifts. * Ability to operate forklifts. * Ability to climb ladder heights of up to 60 feet. * HILTI Qualified Operator License # 2422229. * Completed 30 hour OSHA safety class in Oct. 2013. * Excellent mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material estimates. * Great interpersonal and communications skills. * Exceptional ability to understand verbal and written instructions. * Strong ability to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help. * Proven ability to complete and fulfill paperwork required for personal time sheets in a timely manner. * Demonstrated ability to envision all steps in assigned tasks. * Proficient at the following tasks: Layout, metal framing, carpentry, exterior/interior walls, drywall, acoustical ceilings, hang doors, drill and set door hardware, set windows, layout for common rafters, decking, trusses, read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills.
