Prior to starting the program they did no preventive maintenance had no inventory and experienced high downtime waiting on a contractor to come in and troubleshoot and repair their machines. I developed a program with scheduled preventive maintenance, scheduled rebuilds, parts inventory and a working budget. Within a year their downtime improved by 35%. They were able to bid on contracts they wouldn't have been able to run prior to the program being setup. I have the experience, training and drive to either maintain a well ran department or to bring a troubled department up to be a productive organized well ran department.
