SUMMARY OF BACKGROUND: I have an extensive legal, contract management, business, and writing background as a practicing attorney and as a contract manager and administrator with both large and small companies. In addition, I served as a writer and editor for one of the leading providers of educational products and services for the financial services industry and as an associate editor and reporter for a national legal news service, as well as a project manager for various companies. I operated my own internet-based business, in conjunction with which I maintained a web site and provided industry-relevant content for the site to encourage traffic.
