SUMMARY Mr. Allen provided overall leadership and direction within pass employment with the Federal Aviation Administration as Air Traffic Control Specialist (ATCS) and the Burbank Bob Hope Airport as Government Funded Special Project Manager. During my 32 years tenure as an Air Traffic Control Specialist, I was fully certified in numerous radar and tower facilities such as: Washington, Oakland and Los Angeles ARTCC and Andrews Air Force Base RAPCON. I was also assigned as Burbank Airport Air Traffic Manager. AS a Special Projects Manager, at Burbank Bob Hope Airport I manage the Noise and Environmental Department and coordinate on most airspace and air traffic issues with appropriate FAA. My primary outside interest is playing golf and serving my Church as senior Deacon.
