Diagnostic * Provide support scheduling for major client accounts in Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY * Prioritize and assign service orders for 20 service engineers * Hardware support maintenance for IBM mainframe through micro-systems, education planning and scheduling availability of field personnel within the Branch Office * Information Services planning responsibilities included evaluation of major client MIS organizations and implementing a full range of IS services offered by Bell Atlantic/Decision One * Project management for client solutions evaluation and repair of IBM data processing equipment in assigned customer accounts * Track and installation of engineering preventative changes to IBM equipment maintenance scheduling and subsequent repair Certification and subsequent maintenance support of vendor based photolithography equipment * Installation of IBM electro-optical engineering changes to vendor manufactured equipment.
