Accomplishments Successfully developed requirement for a several large Foreign Military Sales (FMS) sole source contract award to include weapon, C4ISR, UAV, ILS, maintenance and training for DOD, DCS and FMS contract. Total contract value over $420M * Developed business relationship leading to successful award of several multi-year contract with IDF to provide armored vehicles with Elbit communications and C4ISR systems total contract value over $ 28M. * Responsible for capture and award of Shadow UAV to USMC, communications and C4ISR systems. * Implement business plans, strategies, goals, systems and programs to minimize or eliminate accidents, prevent injuries & eliminate industrial health risks * Responsible for development and capture of contract with Boeing Defense. * Authored contracts, negotiated terms and conditions, developed a financial strategy and interfaced as corporate liaison. Managed export staff personnel to ensure ITAR and EAR compliance with the US State Department. * Successfully developed and managed FMS contract for fielding of 500 Light Armored Vehicles (LAV) weapon systems, communications and C4ISR for Saudi Arabian and office of Program Manager USASAC. Program included training, weapons, logistics, supply chain management, and maintenance support. * Responsible for working with USSOCOM, ACC, TACOM and CECOM (CERDAC) in regards to communications and UAV and C4ISR for several ONS for mission support requirements for USSOCOM
