I plan to provide reliable IT services for a business by listening to customers and working with them to create a solution that meets with their service level goals and objectives. It is my mission to help customers/clients make their networks more of an asset than a liability. I work to this end by such means as defining the customer's needs and then applying proven standards and guidelines that make network / desktop / server support less of a burden. I make customer service a top priority, always striving to comply with the service level objectives.
