Specialized expertise in the areas of reinforced, Pre-stressed, Post-Tensioned, Pneumatically placed concrete (shotcrete/Gunite), Structural Masonry, Asphalt Paving, Structural Steel and Welding, Soils (grading, excavation backfill/compaction) and soils classifications. My experience in the construction industry consists of involvement on significant projects including several high-rise structures, water treatment and waste management facilities, Transmission & Distribution, Substations, hospitals, and Public Works infrastructure. Additional experience in the areas of QA/QC management, personnel management, Operations Manager of a major Materials Testing Laboratory and project safety and document control. Preparation of final; QA reports to obtain (C of O) Certificate of Occupancy Permits. My ability to interact and communicate with contractors, fellow employees, owners, building officials and others on a daily basis is without question.
