I have 25 years of experience in industrial maintenance and leadership. During my time as the Maintenance Manager at Printpack, I have been heavily involved in facility maintenance. This includes, but not limited to, managing all facets of building and grounds, Sprinkler and alarm systems, power distribution, lighting to name a few. I have been directly involved in developing budgets and working within them to bring the most value added returns for my company. I’m also very versed in production and plant supporting equipment such as HVAC, compressed air systems and conveyors. Recently I received my EPA 608 type 1 & 2 certification for refrigerant recovery. This allows me to interface with HVAC contractors on the peer level to ensure repairs and maintenance are performed correctly and charged at a customary and reasonable rate. During my time at Printpack, I managed a technical group of Electronic Technicians, Electricians Machinist, Mechanics and Plant buyers. This required periodic performance evaluations and associated goal setting. I was required to maintain records within our CMMS, handle our preventative maintenance program and ensure work request were processed in a timely and safe manner. I am a very hand’s on Manager that is committed to developing talent, supporting associates and creating a safe and efficient work environment.
