Became the second supplier worldwide to attain completion of Caterpillar Phase 2 paint "train the trainer" program thus allowing myself to certify the coating process and train and certify production painters to Caterpillar quality standards. Authored training matrix for coating application personnel and support staff and trained employees in proper implementation of all aspects of educational material. Authored and submitted accepted testing methods to A.S.T.M. council in order to clarify testing methods set forth in A.S.T.M.-D3359-09 sec 7 testing procedures. Implemented the cross training of all employees in the coating application division resulting in the ability to reduce needed manpower requirements and resulting in lower labor costs.
