SUMMARY I still own my handyman service business. The reason I searching for other employment is my working hours vary so much each week. I am seeking to work for someone else as a Maintenance director or a Maintenance supervisor. I want the peace of mind that have somewhere to go each day to perform my job duties for my employer. I bought large homes and renovated them into duplexes and up to a six unit. In 1992 I built my own 23 unit apartment complex which is located at 4610 Southern Parkway in Louisville, KY. I did all of my own managing, maintenance, and leasing at this location. I sold my 23 unit apartment complex in 2008. On a personal note: I am a white male in good health. I am a very reliable person. I have never been arrested for anything. I do not take drugs and I am a happily married Christian, non-smoker and non-drinker. I do not have tattoos or body piercings. I do not have any disabilities whatsoever. I am a very honest person. I have lots of old-fashioned values and beliefs such as "a man is only as good as his word" and also "don't ever bit the hand that feeds you" which means my employer.
