I have a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and many years of experience negotiating and drafting commercial, intellectual property, and local and state government agreements in San Francisco Bay Area’s high-energy technology industry. I am looking for a role that emphasizes my negotiation and drafting skills and expands my current experience. I possess excellent written and oral communication skills and a proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines in quickly changing business environments with large volumes and quick turnaround times. But, negotiation is my strongest skill. My most recent position as Contract Manager at Philips Healthcare supported their high-volume national sales organization in all sales contracting functions from RFP to signature. I accepted this position because I sought to balance my general contract management experience by adding sales support experience to build on my strong procurement foundation. My previous work experience includes working as a Procurement Contract Specialist at Autodesk Inc. where I was responsible for a wide variety of commercial agreements and working as a Senior Commercial Contracts Administrator at Novellus Systems, Inc. where I managed sourcing contracts within the Supply Chain organization.
