Summary: I have worked in a plastic extrusion plant for the past 15 years. I started as a entry level position and worked my way up to the production supervisor. I have had several different roles in the company, from a machine operator, material handler, forklift driver, then to a lead operator for 5 years. I then moved into the production supervisor position for the past 7 years, I was also the HACCP coordinator and internal auditor for ISO 9001. 4 years ago FSSC 22000/PAS was implemented and i was the food safety team leader for 2 years and then the lead auditor for 2 years. My duties as production supervisor was too assign line assignments for operators and packers. Assist in troubleshooting problems or bottlenecks. Work with operator training and was responsible for the quality of the product. Was also responsible for the safety of all employees, making sure they were following procedures. Manage production flow and deal with downtime. I also handled timesheets and kronos. Any disciplinary issues and employee evaluations. Have been trained in excel, data 3, SAP, BMS, lean manufacturing, 5s, green belt, QMS. I am a certified ISO auditor through Arkansas tech and a HACCP coordinator through AIB.
