Seeking a position of employment as a Network/System Administrator. Relevant IT Experience Information Systems Technician duties included: * Installation of computer software and hardware to include testing. * Database management. * Software and configuration management. * Implemented and monitored security procedures for both secure and non-secure C4I systems including NIPRNET/SIPRNET, GCCS-M network, Shipboard Wide Area Network (SWAN). * Performed management of internal site networks to include but not limited to MS Exchange, Netware, Novell, UNIX and Windows NT. * Maintaining Compliance with Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts by taking mitigating actions to protect against possible computer system attacks that would result in the degradation of DOD computer systems and mission degradation or loss. * Knowledgeable in the planning, installation, configuration and maintaining of routing using CISCO IOS and various routing protocols such as PPP, EIGRP, RIP, OSPF, CHAP. * Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining an exchange server environment. (Microsoft Server 2012, Microsoft Server 2003) * Experience in configuring Active Directory. * Basic operation and configuring of CISCO switches and routers. * Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. * Implemented a variety of connectivity solutions including RAS, T1/T3, ISDN, ATM, x 25.
