Community includes large clubhouse with fully stocked gym multi-use courts weight rooms exercise class room 2 large rooms for party rentals that include kitchens 4 tennis courts 9-hole putting green and an outdoor café for club events and BBQ's. There are 5 area pools and 1 large main pool that is heated year around for lap swimming water aerobics and general use. Job responsibilities include event planning for multiple events throughout the years such as an early Thanksgiving Dinner entertainment Christmas Open House New Year's Eve Valentine's Day Dinner Mother's Day Brunch father's Day BBQ Sunday BBQ's 4th of July all day party including parade Memorial Day and Labor Day Events Pet parade etc. General Manager has direct supervision of 28 employees including office staff maintenance custodial and security personnel with hiring and firing responsibilities.
