CAREER SUMMARY: My experience as a Forensic Mortgage Analyst has provided me with a unique skill set in the mortgage industry. In the process of conducting a mortgage fraud audit, the analyst/auditor is required to re-verify all pertinent documentation in the loan file, do extensive chain of title research, have in depth knowledge of property valuation, conduct an analysis of underwriting approvals, locate and interview borrowers, and provide the results in a technical report. The majority of my career I have worked remotely, I met my production requirements every month, and was one of the top producing remote workers for the company. In addition, I was the only remote "Biller" (a part of the final production team), that reviewed all reports for quality before being sent to the client's attorneys.
