Summary of Experience * 5 years of Design, Drafting & 3D modelling experience in the electrical field * 9 years as a Journeyman Electrician * Responsible for design & drafting many electrical specific client deliverables such as: power plans, underground power plans, grounding plans, lighting plans, one line diagrams, motor schematics & wiring diagrams, and conduit & cable schedules to name a few. * Responsible for assigning PIP electrical installation details and generating client specific details * Perform voltage drop calculation * Specify and layout 480V MCC equipment * Layout electrical equipment to meet NEC strandards for medium/low voltage switchgear and MCC * Specify electrical equipments for installations in hazardous areas * Layout cable trays, lighting fixtures, and junction boxes in 3D model * Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D CADWorx, 3D AutoCAD, Raster Design, Navisworks, Microsoft Word and Excel. Employer (Electrical Design) PRSI Magellan Pump Project - Prepared pole line plans underground duct bank drawings conduit and cable schedules with duct bank assignments. Prepared 2400V motor schematics & wiring diagrams. Benzene Stripper - Laid out 480V switch rack. Prepared cable tray power plan grounding plans and cable schedule for the project. Oil Movements - Prepared power grounding and lighting for sump tanks. Prepared motor schematics & wiring diagrams for sump pumps. NOx & SOx Reduction - Designed cable trays 2400V motor terminal boxes and large conduit in the 3D model to avoid interference with structural and piping. Building Pressurization - Laid out switchrack including transformer panelboard circuit breaker and building pressurization control enclosures. Prepared wiring diagrams for building pressurization units. Temporary Prepare one line diagram and electrical load list for water purifications systems. Power Package - Design temporary power package for welding units. Provide temporary electrical service from existing MCC to new disconnect rack. Underground Duct Bank - Layout underground duct banks to minimize number of bends per Conoco Phillips requirement. Termination Enclosures - Design 15kV termination junction boxes dimensions to meet NEC cables bending radius requirement. Sump Pump Package - Prepare cable tray power plan cable schedule and voltage drop calculation for four sump pumps that located 800 feet away from 480V MCC. NGL Consolidation Project - Prepare cable tray power grounding and lighting plans for the project. Crude Terminal Unit - Layout 4.16kV and 480V switchgears and MCCs equipment in pre-fabricate building and power transformers outside the building. Design pole line and underground duct bank for 5kV feeders to 4.16kV switchgear.
