QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE Maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities OSHA and EPA experience. Managed and prioritize large volumes of work orders for commercial and residential properties. Supervise 4-5 staff. Install and repair boilers, forced air equipment, gas pipes and duct work and experience with environmental codes and regulations. Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repairs to ensure equipment safety: plumbing Electrical air conditioning and heating systems ice machines Appliances garbage disposals and water irrigation systems Perform lock out tag out VAV boxes
