Description
I've been a MIG/TIG/ Arc Welder for 27 years. That is, Manufacturing, Structural and Production work environments. I am a vital leader and motivator. I’ve had the fortunate opportunity to have worked a shift where as many as 15 employees relied on me for sound advice and support with work related decisions. I make sure the loads are equally distributed amongst workers according to skill set and ability. I have a great working relationship with coworkers as well as Management. When I’m not leading, I’m working well with others on team projects as well as individual solo jobs. Making sure that the safety of me and my fellow tradesmen is top priority, quality next and I focus on quantity last. I have assisted with process development. Well versed in production ergonomics. Profitable savings by reducing material waste. I’ve helped to save Manufacturing companies over $200,000 within the first quarter through attention to detail. Detecting issues before the product leaves the assembly plant. I’ve also saved Corporations thousands by way of repairs and rework of scrapped parts and materials. Last year I grossed $57,000 and I would like to stay within or close to that pay scale for what I have offered and will offer a potential Employer/Client
