Analyze individual case information by reviewing data accessed by investigative telephone calls and document images and using the details provided by the client to interpret state laws and regulations in response to unemployment claims. Initiate timely telephone calls, faxes, or emails in order to respond to unemployment documents by deadlines assigned. Verify and analyze client information stored on PC before calling clients or state agencies. Investigate and resolve client concerns. Complete additional functions in order to meet the goals of the department.
