Revelent IT skills and software license management experience which includes certification from the SIIA course as a Certified Software Manager (CSM). Ability to work in a team setting using well developed interpersonal, organizational, leadership and customer service skills. Good understanding of software licensing concepts, contracts and license agreements, compliance, purchasing processes, strategic planning, process analysis and documentation.
