• Bill is a Construction Manager III with over 30 years of professionalexperience. • William has provided logistical management for numerous multi-million projects for agencies including Los Angeles Unified School District, New York City Housing Authority, United States Postal Service, and Coldwell – Banker Real Estate. • Most recently Bill has been deployed to New York in 2012 to present in response to Hurricane Sandy (4085-NY) where he was assigned as a team lead for the high profile New York City Housing Authority to administer grants for the largest single applicant in FEMA’s history. • William developed scopes of damage, fair and reasonable repairs and provided cost estimating services. Representative projects included: roads and bridges, wastewater collection and treatment facilities, drainage systems, municipal buildings, state parks, and rivers. • Bill's private industry experience includes take-offs of all trades and cost estimating proficiency with Planswift, ProContractor, and Xactimate softwares, as well as Excel spreadsheets. • William is responsible for pricing materials and labor hours using local knowledge and historical data; creating work breakdown structures; and preparing project schedules working with Microsoft Project and Bentley ProjectWise.
